DEBH is dedicated to supporting the professional development of enhancing the expertise of those who work on behalf of children with challenging behavior their families. DEBH is committed to students who are identified as having disorders those whose behavior puts them at risk failure in school, home, /or community. DEBH supports prevention of problem behavior enhancement of social, , educational well-being of all children youth.

THIS ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A FACILITY FOR ITS MEMBERS TO ENGAGE IN SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO SUPPORTS LOCAL YOUTH SPORTS ACTIVITIES.

IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS CHARITABLE PURPOSE THE FOUNDATION IS FORMED TO ASSIST NEEDY PERSONS, PARTICULARLY YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF BIRTH AND FIVE YEARS OF AGE; TO ASSIST WORTHY YOUNG YOUTH IN ATTAINING VOCATIONAL EXCELLENCE; AND TO AID THE HANDICAPPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONS WITH HEARING, SIGHT, AND SPEECH, OR MENTAL DISABILITIES IN REGAINING HAPPY USEFUL LIVES BY THE FURNISHING OF FUNDS TO OTHER CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, PREVENTION BASED, OR EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS.
